We deliver throughout Denmark and selected EU countries. Availability of delivery options is shown during checkout before you place an order.

2. Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Dispatch times may be extended during peak periods.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Denmark: Typically 2-4 business days after dispatch
  • EU destinations: Typically 4-10 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Carrier delays or customs checks may affect final delivery time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Total order cost, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before order confirmation.

5. Transfer of Risk

If you are a consumer, risk of loss or damage transfers to you when you or a person designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Missed Delivery and Incorrect Address

Please ensure delivery details are accurate when ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition and contact us promptly so we can assist with investigation and resolution under our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruptions, strikes, customs actions, or force majeure events.
